Bridlington Holiday Cottages (formerly Carnaby) Reviews

"The cottage was spotless and well-equipped, which we really appreciated. The hot tub was a hit and seeing the peacock was a lovely surprise. Location near Bridlington was perfect. Well definitely return!"
James - Apr 2025
"Really enjoyed our stay here. The bungalows are spacious and super clean, in a peaceful spot. Staff went above and beyond to help us out. Great value!"
Emily Carter - Feb 2025
"Absolutely adored our stay! Very calm and cosy, had all the essentials. Were already planning our next visit, cant wait!"
Emma - Feb 2025
"The bungalow is really well set up, especially for wheelchair users and has everything you could need for a holiday. The only reason I didn't rate comfort higher is because my son isnt a fan of the bunk beds, being an adult with limited mobility. Still, overall a great stay!"
Emma Carter - Jan 2025
"Our Bridlington Holiday Cottages (formerly Carnaby) review: Lovely spot, very tidy and well-equipped. We had a great stay, definitely recommend it!"
Alex - Jan 2025
"We had a fantastic week at the lodge! It was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed, making it feel like a cosy home away from home. The hot tub was a real treat-warm, clean and well looked after, which was great after a chilly day. Nichola was always quick to reply to our messages and even stopped for a quick chat a couple of times when she checked on the tub-really lovely touch. The location was perfect for us-away from the hustle, but still close enough to the pubs, shops and the bridge centre. We didnt do much walking, mainly used the break to recharge after Christmas and gear up for the new year. Just a heads up for anyone visiting - if you want to dine out, Id recommend booking in advance because we found it tricky to get tables, possibly due to the time of year. La Unica for takeaway was a good shout. Wed definitely recommend and would come back!"
Emily - Jan 2025
"We had an amazing time over Christmas! The bungalow was super cosy and well-equipped, making it perfect for cooking a full Christmas dinner. The hot tub was a lovely bonus. Honestly, we enjoyed every second and cant wait to return soon!"
Ella - Jan 2025
"We absolutely love Wilsthorpe because it overlooks a field with zebras and ostriches-so unique! The bungalow is comfy but could do with a few more utensils like a measuring jug, baking tray and pizza cutter. Also, it has two single beds instead of a king-size, which is a bit odd. Nichola is super friendly and always gets things sorted quickly. We've already booked to come back!"
Emma Carter - Nov 2024
"Really appreciate the plastic glasses for the hot tub, safer!"
Emma - Oct 2024
"We had a lovely stay here! The location is perfect-only 7 minutes to the beach and close to supermarkets. Great for walks and the zoo nearby is a bonus. Well be back!"
Raj - Sep 2024
"Great spot for exploring nearby coastal towns, Sledmere House, Sewerby Hall, or just enjoying a walk around."
Amelia - Aug 2024
"We really love No 23, it's the one we keep coming back to - super comfy sofas! Only thing is, the main bedroom has single beds, which isn't ideal. Nichola is always fantastic and the drive into Bridlington is lovely. Watching dolphins in the bay was a real treat!"
Emma - Aug 2024
"We loved staying here! No 23 is nestled among the trees, offering lovely views of zebras and ostriches from the animal park behind. The weather was perfect, so we spent plenty of time in Bridlington and even enjoyed a day in Scarborough, spotting dolphins in the sea. Nichola on site was super friendly and really helpful-well definitely be back!"
Emma Wright - Jul 2024
"We loved our stay! The hot tub was a highlight and it was great to see it checked daily. The lodge had everything we needed and the weather was perfect. Well be back!"
Sarah - May 2024
"Honestly, this place felt just like home. The comfort was spot on and the hot tub every night was such a treat. We really had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend!"
Sam - May 2024
"Great value and super relaxing experience."
James - May 2024
"We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect and the hot tub was such a lovely touch. Its become our go-to spot for a relaxing weekend away."
Sarah - May 2024
"We've stayed here multiple times and generally enjoy it, but this visit had a hiccup. Two smoke alarms went off randomly in the middle of the night, which was a bit alarming, but Nichola sorted it out swiftly by removing them so we could relax again. It hasnt put us off, thankfully, as weve already booked again. It would be great if at least one property had a single bed in the small bedroom instead of bunks, especially for visitors with limited mobility. Still, overall, a decent place."
Alexandra Carter - Apr 2024
"Overall, our stay was okay, but we did notice a few things missing like the potatoes masher, which was a bit annoying. Also, there was no shower wash, so we had to buy some ourselves. Its usually provided elsewhere."
Emma - Apr 2024
"Great spot, super tidy and well organised. Wed definitely come back again soon!"
Gareth - Apr 2024
"We had a lovely stay! The place was peaceful, super clean and the location made exploring the coast easy. Highly recommend!"
Sam - Apr 2024
"We loved it! Plenty of activities close by and the hot tub was fantastic. Perfect romantic break for us. Definitely recommend it to others!"
Emma - Mar 2024
"Great vibe, would recommend!"
Rachel Turner - Mar 2024
"We really enjoyed the hot tub, it was the highlight! The cottage was decent value but could have been better stocked - like having more cleaning supplies. Also, the floors werent very clean and the fridge and oven had a strange smell. Still, a nice stay overall!"
Oliver - May 2022
"Really enjoyed the peaceful vibe, perfect for relaxing days out."
Oliver - May 2022
"The cottage was perfect for a peaceful retreat, tucked away nicely. Easy access to local resorts and shops made everything so convenient. Really enjoyed it!"
Emma - May 2022
"We stayed in the bungalow and honestly, it exceeded expectations. Everything was spotless and well-kept, especially the hot tub which was a real treat. The location is great, just a quick drive to Bridlingtons seafront. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dogs and little ones too. Definitely a good find!"
Emma - Apr 2022
"Good stuff, worth trying"
Emma - Apr 2022
"We had a lovely stay in this cosy lodge with a fantastic hot tub. The place was spotless and plenty roomy for the three of us plus our dog. Perfect spot to explore the beaches, especially Fraisthorpe. The kids loved the bunk beds! Only slight downside was the fridge size, but it wasnt a big deal."
Alex - Apr 2022
"Really enjoyed our time in the cosy bungalow, peaceful and relaxing."
Alex - Apr 2022
