Perfect holiday get away! Hornsea just down the road and Bridlington is a nice drive down the road too! Perfect getaway for me and my family including 3 children aged 5 and under. Absolutely spotless and no one around watching your every move. Theres a contact number if any issues but there wasnt any. Very chilled and quiet place to be. Brilliant value for money especially as you have everything including washer, dryer, dish washer, etc! Extremely clean and very comfortable. Felt like home

Although a very small holiday park, the privacy was an added bonus. We had a great time. A short drive to several coastal towns. Great value for money. Just needs to be sign posted a bit better as we drove up and down several times.

We had a great time at Great hatfield Lodges. It was very relaxing and peaceful and the lodge had everything we needed. The owners were extremely friendly on arrival and left us to it for the rest of the weekend. It is very close to Hornsea and so we enjoyed a day there as well as a day in Bridlington. It was great value for money!

Date of stay: 15th December 2017
Great place for a break, owners left keys for us with their contact info so no messing about needing to check in. No one bothered us so we could relax as the park was quiet. Only negative Park was not having an outside bin.

Cedar lodge is very well equipped and very comfortable
Rebecca, Bradwell-on-sea
Date of stay: 25th September 2017
A lovely lodge to stay in for the week with a young family. A car or other means of transport is needed to get to places but on the other hands this means the lodge was in peaceful surroundings with unspoiled countryside views.
The only thing we would suggest is bins on site as we were there for a week and made up sackfuls of rubbish with nowhere to put it including recycling.
Excellent break in quiet hart with new accommodation and private sheltered hot tub. Great place that exceeded our expectations.
Lovely lodge in nice quiet location... highly recommended 😊
Great value for money. Stayed in Cedar lodge, which was very spacious and had everything we needed. 2 baths and 2 showers was a bonus as we were just expecting showers.
The owner was there to greet us when we arrived. He was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The lodge is great, very spacious, with a door from the lounge/kitchen so we could keep the dog out of the bedrooms as requested. The lodge is warm and really comfortable. We are a family of 5 including 3 teenagers and we had enough room. The hot tub is fabulous,it was up to temperature as we arrived and we all used it.The lodge had a private, fenced garden of a decent size which was great for our dog. There are fields on the doorstep so we could take the dog out whenever we wanted. There are only 3 lodges so it’s very quiet and peaceful. We haven’t visited this area before. The village of Hornsea is pleasant. We had some walks on Mappleton beach and went up to Bridlington. We were after a quiet week to relax so it was okay for us but maybe a bit quiet if you’re looking for things to do. Couldn’t fault the lodge though and the teenagers were relieved that there was WiFi ad a decent TV.
Absolutely fabulous lodge and the hot tub was amazing, even in zero temperatures outside -just perfect . Will definitely be back .
Lovely lodge very quiet area. Could do with some plastic glasses for outdoor use. Also short on knives and forks for the amount staying. Shower extremely hot could not stand under it. Very nice and relaxed accommodation will definitely be back
Excellent time lodge clean and tidy With everything you wanted there
Couldn’t fault it. It was perfect, just what I wanted.
Loved it. So peaceful
Brill weekend away, will be returning next year.
Amazing lodge, very quiet. But everything we could of wanted and more. Going back in October x
