Fantastic break. The owner Pete was extremely friendly and helpful. Lodge was located nearby a pretty little village with great pubs. The lodge was stunning, warm, cosy, immaculately kept with a great hot tub; emptied and re-filled for our arrival.

For a christmas break we were very happy with the price and standard of the accomodation and local area. The kitchen was well equipped enough for us to make our xmas dinner. The owners were helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy having the lodges and wanting their guests have a great time.

Excellent lodge and location
Really enjoyed the lodge. Well presented. The hosts were very helpful and explained everything in detail. A small water leak under the bathroom sink was repaired immediately. No other issues. Would go back again and recommend to friends.
Had a fab time again Pam and Pete the owners are so helpful. The lodge was lovely and there is so much to do nearby. Will definitely be back.
Absolutely fabulous weekend. Perfect hosts. Brilliant communication, due to the adverse weather conditions we called to confirm that the lodge was still available and accessible. Spotlessly clean, well equipped. The welcome treat box was very much appreciated.
Pete and Pam were very welcoming. The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a short break. There was even a welcome basket with essential items and a few treats. The hot tub was lovely and was checked and treated daily. The lodges are located just a short drive away from local shops and a there is a good pub that serves nice food. Hollybrook lodges are ideally situated for days out in York and the surrounding areas. I would recommend these lodges 100% if you're looking for somewhere nice, quiet and relaxing.
