"Lovely clean lodge (the cleanest we have stayed in by far), warm and bright as south facing. very private. Hot tub clean and warm and checked regularly. Plenty utensils and extras in lodge for meals in."

"We've just finished our sixth visit to Ash Lodge and honestly, it speaks for itself! The place is spotless, super private and Pam and Pete always make us feel at home. Everything we need is there and the hot tub is perfect for unwinding. The walk to the village is lovely, with great cafes and pubs. Definitely recommend!"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at this cosy spot tucked away in a peaceful, private setting. The owners were super friendly and helpful, always nearby if we needed anything but still respecting our privacy. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day of cycling! One thing to keep in mind, though, is that the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It took us a couple of hours to get used to it, but honestly, it didnt ruin our trip at all. Would definitely recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Holybrook Lodges, honestly we didnt want to leave! The place was spotless and well looked after, which made it feel really welcoming. The little touch of a Prosecco in the welcome pack was lovely and made us feel special. The hot tub was checked daily and kept in great condition, which was a bonus. Walking into Easingwold takes about half an hour and its worth it for the pubs and shops there. We had a fantastic meal at The New Inn and would definitely recommend it. Cant wait to come back soon!"

Everything you could need was already there - tea towels, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, you name it. Pete and Pam are lovely hosts too. The hot tub was spotlessly clean and just what we needed. "As this was our first time staying at Hollybrook Lodges we didn’t really know what to expect. We shouldn’t have worried though and we were not at all disappointed. On our arrival the owners were very welcoming. Pine Lodge was spotlessly clean and really comfortable, even nicer inside than the photos on the website suggest. We had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The bathroom is a great size. Not the usual pokey little room we have encountered at other lodges we have stayed in. And the bed is very comfortable and huge! The hot tub was great for relaxing and unwinding after our days out exploring the local area. Just a mile away in the small town of Easingwold we found plenty of great places to eat or pick up a take away to eat back to the lodge. Within easy driving distance there are many other interesting towns and an abundance of historic places to visit. Just a short drive away are the Howardian Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. This is a truly lovely part of Yorkshire to stay in. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Hollybrook Lodges to anyone considering a stay here."

"A lovely, well kept and quiet holiday park, and exactly what was needed to get away from it all! Pete and Pam were very welcoming and helpful and provide a very detailed folder with information, recommended places to visit and eat out, of which we tried a good few. The park is close enough (~30 mins drive) to visit a number of places without spending all day in the car, local shops are a 5 min drive away, or 20 mins walk if you prefer. We'd highly recommend this park, and would love to return in the future."
